Following is our basic requirements for all potential tenants who would like to lease our properties.

• Identification documents ( Passport, Driving license etc. )
• Favorable Credit History ( All tenants are credit checked where possible ).
• Ages 18 and over.
• Verifiable income of atleast 3 times the monthly rent.
• A month's rent in advance, a month's rent as deposit.
• Work place / Univeristy confirmation letters.
• If student, parents/guardians may need to be guarantors on the lease.
• Newly arrived foreign national with no credit history in the UK, 2 month's rent as deposit.
• Previous landlord references.
• A maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom.
